As you prepare for your day, please feel free to forward this information to your guests to help them prepare and familiarize themselves with our club policies and a few other minor details prior to their arrival.

Golf

Guest Arrival

Please use either gate (off 49th St. or off 71st St.), we do have a gate code to restrict access, please contact your host prior to arrival for gate code information. Our staff will be in the parking lot to greet you. If you have clubs with you we will get you loaded up on a cart. The locker room will be available.

Guest Fees

All guest charges will need to be placed on a member account or charged back to a reciprocal club. Guests may pay credit card or cash for any golf shop merchandise.




Pace of Play

The pace of play expectation at Oaks Country Club is 4 hours or less. There will be gentle reminders throughout your round on the golf car screen. Please play ready golf, you will see our staff on the course throughout the round checking in with you and monitoring play. Please let us know if you need anything!

Dress Code

Males shall wear slacks or mid-length shorts, collared shirts that must be tucked in and appropriate golf footwear. Females shall wear slacks, golf skirts mid-thigh or longer length or mid-thigh length shorts and appropriate golf footwear. Hats must be worn facing forward.

Mobile Devices

All mobile devices should be set to silent or vibrate. Please be respectful of other members while using your devices.
